I want to share a quick story with you that may make your day.

Last Thursday morning while driving to the pool for a swim, I was stopped at a traffic light, look over to the sidewalk and see a dad waiting for the bus with his daughter. She looked to be about 8 or 9 years old and had the biggest smile on her face as they were standing a few feet apart, lofting a football back and forth.

Seeing this girl throw football with her dad on a Thursday morning at 7am when it’s 25 degrees as they wait for the bus….it just reminds me no matter where we are, we always have the choice to be present in the moment and cherish the people we love.
